Client Service Representative - Work From Home! (Fulltime)

Thrive is hiring Customer Service Representatives who have the following traits:

On a day-to-day basis, our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) schedule customers via inbound calls or online requests and collaborate with our nationwide clinical staff. You need a computer, internet, and low-noise workspace. Our CSRs are the “voice” of Thrive.  It is critical that you have great communication skills and know how to professionally and efficiently assist clients with their individual needs. Qualifications:

• Call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
